The way people talk about Strategy’s $1.7B annual dividend obligation, you’d think it’s a company-ending number.
$MSTR stock alone trades roughly $2.7B of value per day on average.
You can argue the capital structure is too complex. You can argue dilution. You can argue refinancing risk.
But $1.7B/year is not some existential burden for a company with $50B+ in Bitcoin and one of the most liquid securities in the market.
The real question is whether Bitcoin appreciates faster than the obligations grow.
