On Friday, I sunset @trepa_io's onchain program, bringing my time there as a Founding Engineer to a close. I joined Trepa to help build a Solana precision prediction-market from the ground up. During my time there, I designed the onchain protocol, built the custom indexing and transaction infrastructure around it, shipped two mainnet releases, and brought the streaks feature to production. The platform ran 5K+ pools, and processed 240K+ sponsored transactions in its final three months. Through the protocol design and an auto-close mechanism I built, sponsoring those transactions cost less than 2 SOL (~$150) in total. One of the most challenging and rewarding parts was automating the entire 1 minute pool's lifecycle while keeping onchain, backend, and indexer state correctly synchronized across the stack. I also helped make transaction submission 5× faster and led two external security audits with @AdevarLabs and @PhageSec, both of which returned zero critical findings.
