@AT&T a tech was just out to install fiber to the tenant behind us but told them our connection wasn’t a good one & that it was a temporary connection. It’s been like that for a year but suddenly we are w/o internet. They don’t have an ETA & I am wanting to know how we expedite

@Ariat bought my first pair of cowboy boots back on March 2nd and the piping is already cracked, creased, and deteriorating. I’ve babied these boots and only worn them about 12 times. Never wet, never folded, and never abused. Is this expected for less than a month?? #gunslinger

@Ariat ordered a replacement pair from @txbootcompany & they have the same defect. Why was plastic piping used on higher end boots? I’m regretfully going to have to keep them because they mean a lot to me and my wife but I doubt I’ll buy Ariats again. 1st pair was from Cavenders

The Arlo app has a glitch that prevents me from making my replacement iPhone a trusted device. It has been doing this for weeks. I’ve hard reset, deleted and reinstalled, updated, etc and it’s the same result. @ArloSmartHome it also logs me out every time.

@ATTBusiness @ATTBusinessCare Have had the worst experience with AT&T Enterprise Business scheduling a circuit install. I am sad I have to be a customer of yours and would love to have my mind changed but they were supposed to be here between 8am-9am today and are now saying

Continued: 8pm-9pm tomorrow night. They have sent us confirmation emails stating today at 8am-9am multiple times & we have verbally confirmed multiple times. The customer service reps were unapologetic & not at all empathetic of the situation. Please help start my faith in AT&T
This coming Sunday will mark 5 years since our house flooded in Hurricane Harvey. ⁦@AugustHomeInc⁩ ⁦@ecobee⁩ ⁦@Lutron⁩ ⁦@ring⁩ played a tremendous part in helping get our lives back together. Thank you for your wonderful products and customer service.

@SalataSalads I came here to let you know your app needs work. My wife and I have not eaten at Salata in months because the app is so infuriating and when we pick up food on Fridays, it’s all about efficiency. Reorder doesn’t work if an ingredient is not available. Part 1 of 2
1
@SalataSalads the kids boxes were out of stock so the people at the location near us removed it as an option. If an item is out of stock and we still want the majority of that order, we should be able to choose to exclude that option. I can’t imagine we are alone.

@ring just called customer support for a leaking Solar Pathlight. They proceeded to tell me they needed me to test if it was still working and if so, everything would be fine. I explained that wasn’t the issue & that it shouldn’t leak and would oxidize again even if I cleaned it.
2
@ring they informed me that it would be fine. I explained the problem was it shouldn’t have water in it. They finally said they would make a one time exception to replace the battery. I explained that was not a solution. They finally agreed to make another one time exception
1
@ring and replace the whole thing. This shouldn’t be a contention point. If customer service sees pictures and that it has water. They shouldn’t be troubleshooting it. It’s under warranty. Please follow up with the process to correct it.
Created & sung to the tune of “head, shoulders, knees, & toes.” “Floooooded ceilings, walls, and floors; walls and floooooors. Floooooded ceilings, walls, and floors; walls and floorooors. Tear them out and or-der more. Floooooded ceilings, walls, and floors; walls and floors.”

Well today was eventful. Blessed it wasn’t worse than it was. Was able to get some @SharkBiteNA press fittings to fix the pipe & start the drying. Glad I have an extra @ring VD3 to temp place in the attic to monitor the blower in case it gets clogged with blown-in insulation.

@ZuriFurniture any chance you would want to use my office as a demo for your Sterling Chair? I colleague told me he’s easily sold a few just by having one in his office. I’m passionate about feedback and representing companies with quality products.

@ZuriFurniture I also believe in paying for quality** but as a young family, it’s not in the budget and that’s not your problem. But as a person who broke his back in high school, I’ve never experienced the level of lumbar and bolster support it has. Either way. Amazing work!
We just told Siri via our HomePod to “play the worst station on Apple Music” and she said “okay playing @Beats1” multiple times in a row. @MacRumors @9to5mac @cultofmac

@dremel I’ve had bad luck with Dremel tools over the years. One broke because I pushed it to the limits 2004, one caught on fire a few minutes after I started using it 2011, the third would never lock (slide chuck)2011, & now the one I purchased last week no longer powers on.
1
I returned the third one a few days after I bought it back in 2011. I figured theyd be better now but the 4000 I just bought last week was used in short 10-15 minute intervals maybe 12 times over the past week. Mid-speed and with cool down time between.
