Match highlights for @WWFCWomen have been made possible thanks to a generous donation from Karen Adams, in memory of David Roberton - a massive supporter of the #Chairgirls for many years. Karen's donation has been used for video technology for analysis and highlights purposes.

Trust Directors past and present were present as we said farewell to David Roberton in a lovely service that he helped to plan along with his family. Details here of how to give a donation in his memory to further the work that he was so involved in with @WW_SET and @WWFCWomen

Such a great guy. Sat with my dad and the manager on my first long term deal with the club. The club was not as strong then as it is today. A bit of a mess really. Wycombe Wanderers first and foremost. He will be sorely missed. My love and thoughts are with his family. 💙

What is going on in this world! 😪 David was a great man with a warm heart! He used to say I reminded him of Ledley King which is a massive compliment. My thoughts are with your family in this tough time. Rest in perfect peace! 💙🙏🏾

Very sorry to hear this. David was always kind and courteous, a great ambassador for @wwfcofficial. Just the sort of person football needs.

I’m gonna miss you, David. This is a sobering reminder of how short life is but also shows how doing something you love leads to a life well lived. Rest In Peace, my friend.

Thank you @wwfcofficial for recognising and appreciating the love he had for the club, and for what he did for it. There are some unsung heroes, I’m grateful he’s getting the send-off he deserves on Boxing Day ❤️
