I have a theory that people who leave folks unread only use the "All chats" folder. I helped a friend set up his folders, and it literally made him respond better.
At minimum, get group chats and real people into separate folders!
I don't think honesty makes me vulnerable. I think it's just really effective at exposing problems, that I don't always know how to handle.
