2 simple ways to be a better defender..overnight.
1. Take away a dominant hand. Sit on a players strong hand & force them to weak one. Just b/c a player can use it doesn’t mean they can pass/score/finish w/ it.
2. Stop backpeddling. Get ahead of the offense! Defense dictates!

Personal opinion. Not enough players/parents thinking abt the big picture w/ respect to playing college b-ball. The ‘D1 or bust’ ‘P5’ mindset is short sighted. Great schools at every level that can set you up after graduation! Go where you are wanted & needed!

KSC recently completed a floor screening and recoating of Wilson College's gymnasium. This process is a great way to restore the appearance of hardwood floors, remove scuffs and scratches, and improve the durability and quality of the floor.

My feeling after trying to find prospective student-athletes schedules & realizing that not only is their schedule not pinned to their Twitter profile but their team name is not even listed.

📣 Parents. We are absolutely, positively looking at your club teams Twitter site. Looking for where the team is playing during the eval period, looking 4 schedule changes while out etc. If your club isn’t actively on Twitter ask if you can help! Some events have 100 courts!
