So Pi extend their domain auctions another almost 100 days... It's like they look for reasons to disappoint and frustrate us. I am a HUGE fan of Pi and have been building a future business around it, but they are making it very difficult to remain enthusiastic. 🙁

After great delay, we are getting much closer to release! We have installed a better "under-construction" page where you can sign up for upcoming launch information. PiCoinPioneer.com 🌟 If you are on our list at the time of launch, you may be given early access to features and site areas, Including the Pi Coin Pioneers COMMS Forum. *Maybe more!* Pi-Gi, Node And I are excited to meet you!

Bursts of color with shooting stars brings excitement! Looks good on light or dark background. I have as a vector file so any size is possible. GAVBOVYLLTRFRYU7NZBIOHK52A2UUY2IATLVSFX4WWZEHRPVRKN4GFRK

Does not look legit to me. Did it come through your Pi app? If it was email, check the sender to be “[email protected]” if it isn’t that, it’s fraud. Also look for the specific “verify this email is real” link. If you know how to show the raw source of the email, copy it and paste it in Grok to analyze for scam or not. 👍🏻 Good eye and good luck!

If I had a lot of cash on hand, I’d be buying the hell out of #PiCoin right now. “Buy low/sell high” is what I have heard all my life and #Pi is low right now! And there are legitimate reasons although poorly communicated, there are reasons. In the name of security, the migration process has been clunky at best, but so are toddlers before they grow and Pi is but an infant. Mining Pi cost me nothing but a tiny amount of time everyday so anything Pi is valued at is profit for me. I remember thinking that if Pi reaches $0.50 it would be a win and guess what? I’m still winning. After reflection it is time for deep breaths and perspective. My plan has been to #HODL for a few years anyway.

I got a lot of push-back from people who didn't understand what I was saying in an earlier post about the .pi domains being auctioned. I just don't want there to be confusion for Pioneers entering this realm. I also think they should be aware of what companies can do legally to prevent trademark violations. To be clear, I am all for .pi domains for use in our community! Just want an awareness of what people are actually bidding on. I reqalize this is a Web3 project and the rules may be different, but maybe that should all be explained as well. This is the clarification I was trying to get across:

🚨🚨 BEWARE of this phishing scam! 🚨🚨 Email I received below and what AI had to say about it. Red Flags in the Email: 1. Unexpected Change Notification • If you didn’t change your Pi Wallet address, this is a classic phishing attempt to trick you into clicking a link or providing sensitive information. 2. Suspicious Links • The email includes a tracking link to socialchain.app, which is not officially associated with the Pi Network. • It asks you to verify the email by clicking a link (minepi.com/safety#from-email), which could be legitimate but is also a common phishing tactic. 3. Unusual Email Address & Domain • The sender is [email protected], which is NOT an official Pi Network domain (official emails usually come from @minepi.com). • The email’s “Return-Path” is pi.email, which is a generic domain and not an official Pi Network address. 4. Multi-language Formatting • Scammers often include multiple languages to appear more legitimate and target a broader audience. 5. Urgency & Fear Tactics • The message warns that if the wallet change wasn’t you, you should reset your password immediately—creating a sense of urgency to make you act without thinking. 6. Tracking Pixel & Embedded Image • There is a hidden tracking pixel (socialchain.app/trackemail), which could be used to see if you open the email, confirming your email is active and making you a bigger target for scams. What Should You Do? • DO NOT CLICK on any links in the email. • DO NOT RESPOND to the email. • Log in directly to the official Pi Network website or app to check if any changes were made to your account. • Report the email as phishing to your email provider (Gmail allows you to report phishing emails). • Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on your account if you haven’t already. @PiCoreTeam @nkokkalis
