We donβt talk enough about the blessings of an ordinary day, no emergencies, no devastating calls, no chaos. Just Peace.
People who are highly aware become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. Thatβs where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.

Something is happening to women in their 50s, and I don't think people are paying enough attention to it.
I'm watching women who spent decades being the reliable ones. The peacemakers. The caregivers. The ones who kept the family together, swallowed their frustration, carried other people's emotional baggage, and were told that being "good" meant being accommodating.
And now something has shifted.
They're looking at marriages that have been one-sided for years.
Friendships built entirely on their effort.
Jobs that took everything they had and gave very little back.
Family roles that expected endless sacrifice while offering little appreciation in return.
And they're asking a simple question:
"Why am I still doing this?"
What's fascinating is that many of these women aren't becoming angry. They're becoming clear.
Clear about their boundaries.
Clear about their value.
Clear about what they will and will not tolerate with the years they have left.
The guilt that used to keep them silent doesn't seem to work anymore.
The fear of disappointing everyone else doesn't seem to work anymore.
The pressure to be endlessly available doesn't seem to work anymore.
An entire generation of women appears to be looking around and deciding:
"If this relationship, job, friendship, or obligation only works when I'm the one doing all the sacrificing, then maybe it doesn't work at all."
And honestly?
It's one of the most interesting social shifts I've seen in a long time.

Can we normalize saying, βGod, help me trust the version of the story I cannot see yet?β

Wow I am hoping that @KingJames finishes his sensational @NBA career by signing with his home team @cavs & leads them to the 2027 NBA championship. They have all the elements & LeBron would be a major impact immediate asset .

Thereβs a Japanese saying:
βIf you feel like youβre losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.β

I donβt know who needs this reminder today, but youβre going to be okay. Take a deep breath. Focus on what you can control and place the rest in Godβs hands. Donβt carry the weight of yesterday or borrow worries from tomorrow. The season youβre in may not make sense right now. Closed doors, delays, disappointments, and unanswered questions may feel frustrating, but sometimes Godβs protection doesnβt look like what we expected. Not everything that falls apart is meant to hurt you sometimes itβs meant to redirect you. Keep trusting Him even when you canβt see the full picture. Keep praying when you donβt have all the answers. Keep moving forward one day at a time. God is working behind the scenes in ways you canβt yet understand. βYou do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.β β John 13:7 Keep your eyes on God, and trust that His hands are still on your life.

What a powerful verse. When Job hit rock bottom and felt like nothing would ever get better, God promised in Job 8:21, βI will fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.β That same promise is for you.
Joy is on the way. Breakthroughs, healing, and new opportunities are coming. God is about to do something so incredible and unexpected that youβll overflow with gratitude and laughter. The heavy days wonβt last; your sorrow will turn to joy, and your mourning into dancing.

Proverbs 3:5β6 βTrust in the Lord with all your heart; He will make your paths straight.β You donβt have to figure it all out.
Say this prayer:
Lord, guide my steps and direct my path.
When I feel unsure, help me trust You more than my own understanding.
Lead me into clarity and alignment. Amen.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. - Psalm 23:6
He didnβt say maybeβ¦ He said surely.
This means no matter what your past looks like, no matter what you are up against, Godβs goodness is already ahead of you, and His mercy is right behind you.
So walk boldly today.
Donβt stress, donβt doubt, donβt overthink it.
Everything you need is already following you.

In Psalm 23, after David spoke of the Lord as our shepherd and walking through the valley of the shadow of death, he concluded, βSurely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.β We all go through dark valleys, but remember this: after every shadow, a surely is coming. Surely goodness is coming, surely healing is coming, surely new levels are coming. Surely blessings are coming, surely good news is coming.
