If you are a faculty member of Ouachita Baptist University and cannot/will not sign their statement of faith on sexuality, gender, marriage, race, and orthodox theology because you don't believe it, then you should have never been hired. #ouachita

We don’t want your church to simply appear on a membership list. We want to serve your church. Through resources, events, relationships, and ministry opportunities, the Conservative Baptist Network exists to help churches remain faithful and fruitful.

Here is some pastoral wisdom from CH Spurgeon: Spurgeon was asked, “What is to be done with those members of the church who never come to prayer meeting?" He replied, "if they won't come to prayer meetings, you had better take the prayer meetings to them...You must get your people to pray, and the more prayer meetings you have, the better" (31).

If you believe conservative Baptist churches need an organization that is biblically faithful, relationally healthy, and focused on strengthening the local church, I would ask you to consider investing in the @BaptistNetwork. Your support can help us reach and serve churches we have not yet met. conservativebaptistnetwork.c…

What is happening in France is a direct result of the policies the French government has implemented. What will happen in America will be a direct result of the policies our government implements. Voting is a privilege of every citizen; voting is a stewardship that every believer will give an account for before God. Fellow believers, open your Bible and vote accordingly.

At Fellowship, we want to cultivate a genuine culture of evangelism. Doing this involves praying weekly for the lost.

Charles Spurgeon wanted to cooperate with local churches who were… - Christ-centered in their theology - Word-driven in their ministry - Convictional in their ecclesiology - Evangelistic in their activism Spurgeon defines our Network’s mission statement, which is “to connect doctrinally faithful and distinctly Baptist churches to fulfill the Great Commission and influence culture with a Biblical worldview.”

Geoffrey Chang outlines the challenges CH Spurgeon was combating in his ministry. Chang said, “Pragmatic revivalism, liturgical ritualism, and modern rationalism were all touted as solutions to the church’s problems” (xviii). Not much has changed today! The “experts” will give you one of these three options to “fix” your church. - pragmatic revivalism - liturgical ritualism - modern rationalism Pastors, let’s avoid this unholy trinity of church growth tactics and let’s be text-driven!
