The NFL has concluded their process on Eagles QB Jalen Hurts being cleared to play in Week 5 with a superficial blood clot and will NOT issue any punishment towards the team or medical staff, per @TheAthletic. The report says Philadelphia's process “was handled appropriately" despite Hurts not being given an injury designation ahead of the London matchup vs. the Jaguars.
