Coming up on 2 years into his second term and I haven't seen a SINGLE indictment for the widespread fraudulent voting by illegals or dead people in the 2020 election. WHERE ARE THEY?
We've wasted billions of hours arguing about his lies. On one hand, there's the gullible fuckwads who believe this ONE, evidence-free con artist. And then there are the majority of people, having more than 2 brain cells, who believe the dozens of judges, governors, and secretaries of state who say there's no evidence of this ripoff artist's fantasies.
Even Rudy Giuliani admits there's no evidence of fraud, but only in settings where it's illegal to lie. He is probably very comfortable lying in public like his boss. But, acting as Trump's OWN LAWYER, in COURT, where lying to the judge is illegal, he said "this is not a fraud case."
Trump doesn't want us talking about what HE is stealing from us. He wants us to look away. That's all this has ever been about. He looted a few classified files last time. This time he's looting billions of dollars and he doesn't give the slightest shit what kind of mess he leaves behind for us.

Then again these are generally the same guys who think their SPACs make "GAAP" profit when they plummet so is this a surprise?

🚨 TRUMP CALLS IRAN CEASEFIRE A “WASTE OF TIME”
Speaking at a rally in Mississippi, President Trump criticized the ceasefire reached with Iran over the summer, which later collapsed.
Trump said several ships were allowed through during the truce. He added that he had disliked the agreement but followed the advice of experts.
His remarks signal frustration with the earlier diplomatic approach, but do not themselves announce a new military decision.

Russian ballistic missiles struck the grounds of a university in Kyiv and the area around it – effectively the campus, Kyoto Park, the area near a metro station, and residential buildings. The exact number of casualties is not yet known. But tragically, there are victims. There are people injured. Rescue operations are underway. There is extensive damage, and there are also reports that people may be trapped under the rubble. All emergency services are at the scene and doing their work – saving lives. The missiles hit very crowded areas, and there is not a single military facility nearby. This was a strike directly on the city, on its infrastructure. Unfortunately, there may be more strikes coming. The attack with “shaheds” is also continuing – against Kyiv and our other cities and communities.
And it is precisely under such circumstances, when the threat is constant, when strikes can come at any moment and target cities and villages directly, that artificial delays in providing air defense to Ukraine help terror. It is important that political agreements be implemented promptly at the team level. It is important that our partners understand that Ukraine needs the proper tools to destroy Russian ballistic missile launchers. This would be the most effective way to save lives. It is important that the world sees that Russia is showing nothing but a desire to kill and continue waging war. Ukraine must not be left to face this alone, and it is solely Russia’s fault that the war is still going on and people are still dying. Please take care of yourselves. All partners should stand with Ukraine – with the protection of lives.

Ah, fearmongering 101. You do realize Musk is helping China by scaring off investment in American data centers? Yes, we all know he will launch a million data centers in space "sometime in the future." But he needs to steal $TSLA to use its new revenue streams to fund him.

“Funding secured.”
Elon Musk has claimed that SpaceX closed a $40 billion debt deal to pay for the chips it needs to fuel its AI ambitions.
However, people familiar with the matter said the parties were still engaged in pricing discussions as of Sunday and the deal had not yet closed. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Finished Blood Meridian.
With the broadest possible brush the book (to me) is a stark examination of three types of (Heraclitean) responses played out within a liminal space, the precise moment where war is the father of all. I do not believe the book can be fully described without knowledge of this grumpy philosopher.
The beauty in the book is the language, natural descriptions, and descriptions of certain realities. Particularly enjoyable: the use of beautiful and novel words.
The brutality and desolation though still dominate. Also the lucid (sometimes worrying) psychology.
These responses may be characterised as types of ‘closed’ or ‘open’ tensions navigating this flux, this historical period of disorder prior to the reimposition of civilisational order.
Glanton closes the conditions around his own person (he is a psychopath) and the practical order he can enforce. He does not need a metaphysics but when his self-established order fails he dies with it.
Judge Holden is worse. He is a closed ideological response. He is the (apparently successful) beast, the totalising doctrine: war is god. The Logos becomes a private secret to be extended over the world, extreme totalising knowledge, an order out of step with the hidden harmony of Heraclitus’ logos (reiterated in the epilogue) , so that “whatever exists without my knowledge exists without my consent”, his death doctrine becomes a motivating telos.
In the final chapter he must own the third type, the open ended, unreflective kid, who engages in violence willingly, participating in strife, but who never gives himself over totally, never takes on the personal ordering of the world deployed by Glanton, or the totalising doctrine of the judge, the ideology.
What happens in the jakes is inevitable.
The judge must either own “the man”, or destroy him. He had hoped for a ‘fellow traveller’ an ideologue of the doctrine, but the kid would rather be alone to navigate the flux, to be an autonomous killer, or to be autonomously merciful.
Judge—
“I recognized you when I first saw you and yet you were a disappointment to me. Then and now. Even so at the last I find you here with me.”
“I aint with you.”
Later, he presses the claim, the doctrine. The Judge—
“Only that man who has offered himself entire to the blood of war, who has been to the floor of the pit and seen horror in the round and learned at last that it speaks to his inmost heart, only that man can dance.”
The Kid—
“Even a dumb animal can dance.”
(Earlier in the book the judge says, “You alone were mutinous. You alone reserved in your soul some corner of clemency for the heathen.”)
The kid’s acts remain impulsive, his violence and mercies inconsistent and un-theorised. He remains indifferent to ends, reacting to conditions rather than mastering them. His system has no telos, no future. It is open. Until it isn’t—
“He [the judge] was naked and he rose up smiling and gathered him in his arms against his immense and terrible flesh and shot the wooden barlatch home behind him.”
We assume that the perversion of the logos, the totalising system encompasses the autonomous man (who gives no thought to systems of thought and action). And so, is consumed.
And the ideology? The doctrine? The judge…
“His feet are light and nimble. He never sleeps. He says that he will never die. He dances in light and in shadow and he is a great favorite. He never sleeps, the judge. He is dancing, dancing. He says that he will never die.”
His great battle, his defeat, is yet to come.
Postscript: Tobin was was a worn out, inadequate (but aware) moral carry-over from prior order, the memory of it, the hope for a foil (for that is all we had regarding him) against the doctrine of death.
Whatever happened to him?

James Madison understood that power requires accountability. That's why the Founders built a system of checks and balances, not blind trust. No president should be exempt from financial transparency, ethics laws, or independent oversight.
