Looking forward to enjoying coffee from @PinkLaneCoffee #SupportSmallBusinesses
Had to delete our last our last tweet. We weren’t encouraging anyone to break the rules but making a joke about how the rules don’t make sense. You shouldn’t be meeting outside households inside as there’s a pandemic on. Cc @NewcastleCC @northumbriapol
Our neighbours have had to make an awful decision today. I can understand it, it’s death by a thousand cuts for hospitality. Restrictions without support are what’s creating zombie jobs and businesses.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST... Due to the ever-changing incomprehensible & non-scientific restrictions being levied against our industry & the lack of support from government it's with huge regret that we must inform you we are now closed till further notice. Until the next time x
I know we don’t post on twitter much anymore but we are still here. The same is very true of our coffee shop! Open Tue-Sat 8:30-4:30, times are tough in the city centre right now and your support is very appreciated! #locallockdown

That’s us closed for a bit folks. Thank you for your support this last week and I’m so glad we don’t have to choose between taking money and protecting people. We can survive this and the best staff in the world are going to be paid enough to survive.
Thanks to everyone who has helped us out by buying a voucher or donating via the ko-fi button (ko-fi.com/pinklanecoffee). Any help you can give to see us through this massive distribution is greatly appreciated.
We’re open and still trading, whether or not that’s a good idea I’m not sure but without greater support from government and no clear instruction it’s what we are having to do. I want to be able to survive this as a… instagram.com/p/B91WB-3ANX9/… – at Newcastle Upon Tyne, England

It’s a worrying time and with today’s government announcement, we are going to say open. There’s not much else we can do without greater intervention. We will be launching a few things tomorrow where people can help us out in this difficult time. Thanks for your support x
