Ever tried bbq oxtail❓ This oxtail was cherry smoked, then braised in beef stock with veg and herbs until tender, served with some grilled spring onions and homemade chimichurri... A little charcoal kept the food warm, sprigs of pine giving a waft of campfire.. #ukbbq #bbq
