5/ Before the Side Track Demo Day, we also went through a pre-selection round with @SuperteamVN. That gave us another round of feedback on the pitch, deck, and project itself and helped us make final improvements before presenting. Demo Day became another useful checkpoint to test how clearly we were communicating everything we’ve been working on.

4/ We had a session with @namshik on Storytelling for Startups: From Product to Investor Conviction. A product can be great, but people still need to understand why it matters. That session helped us think more clearly about positioning, communicating value, and building a story that users, judges, and investors can follow.

3/ We had our deck review with @JosipVolarevic2. His feedback pushed us to look at the deck through a much stronger founder and investor lens, what deserves space, where we were adding unnecessary complexity, and whether we were communicating the scale of the opportunity clearly enough.

2/ We had a session with @jtchui_abroad on the 3-Minute Founder Pitch, where he shared how founders can communicate their project clearly when time and attention are limited. A big takeaway was how much discipline a short pitch requires, knowing what matters most, explaining the value simply, and making the audience understand why the project matters without trying to say everything. That session gave us a much better framework for thinking about our own pitch before Demo Day.

One thing we’ve really appreciated about the #RoadToColosseum side-track is how much support @SuperteamVN has put around builders preparing for @colosseum It hasn’t just been about building the product, we’ve also had mentorship around pitching, storytelling, positioning, and how to communicate the business behind what we’re building. #ProofOfBuild

Had an incredibly valuable session on our @RoguePiratesFun Pitch with @JosipVolarevic2 through the #RoadToColosseum by @SuperteamVN. Getting direct feedback from Josip was greatly valuable. He pushed us to question what really deserves space in the deck, where we were adding unnecessary complexity, how focused our business story needs to be, and whether we were communicating the scale of the opportunity strongly enough. It wasn’t just feedback on slides, it was a much deeper lesson in how investors think about focus, team, business model, and ambition. Day 15 of building @roguepiratesfun at @indiesonsolana Today was mostly about getting things ready for the next phase. Worked on the new UI, fixed and refined more of the gameplay, and started preparing everything for the upcoming promo launch with @indiesonsolana. 👀 A lot of small pieces are finally starting to come together. Ended the day with a really good team sync up. Not the most chaotic day, just a solid one. Day 15/30 🏴‍☠️
