The 8th at The Cliffs Kangaroo Island was built by talented shaper Glen Peck. Though the tee shot is all-carry, the right side of the green is generously bowl shaped. If the pin is left here, you can either play safely to the right...or be very precise. #kangarooisland #glencove

The first par five @ The Cliffs, the 7th is reachable in the right conditions and should see its share of both eagles and doubles bogeys. The hole features one of the widest fairways on the course, and one of the narrowest greens. Best to avoid missing missing right here…or long

Resembling the Cups Country of the Mornington Peninsula, the 5th and 6th at The Cliffs were the last holes grassed but will be ready for next month’s opening. The 5th is a mid-length par 4 through a gently bending dune valley, and the 6th is a long par 3 with an open green site.

The longest par fours on the front side at The Cliffs, the 3rd and 4th both feature hidden greens and tricky approach shots. The 3rd runs along the Kangaroo Island coastline, while the 4th is the first hole to turn inland. The Cliffs opens for public play next month.

Among the construction team at The Cliffs, the par three 2nd was one of the favourites. The hole features distinctive native vegetation...and a decent view. The Cliffs Kangaroo Island opens on November 16, 2026. #kangarooisland
