I asked Michael Gove to introduce a coastal cleanup fund to support the removal of plastic waste from our beaches & oceans.
Many volunteers & activists work hard to keep our iconic #Gower beaches clean. Welsh & UK govts must provide full support to community clean up efforts
Just excellent news! Well done! teapawt.net/pennardlabour/status/9…
@PlasticGower Plastic-Free Pennard is enroute for #sascampaigns accreditation in the Autumn! Happy to share our experiences with you 😁
Great visit to Swansea @EnvCentre today to refill some @EcoverUK bottles. Pleased not to have to buy more plastic packaging! ✊ #plasticfree #gower #swansea

Big news! 🤩 Westminster have proposed a ban on disposable plastic products. This needs to be implemented ASAP 🙅♀️ Charges and bans on straws, stirrers and cotton buds is the only way to #StopthePlasticTide and save our oceans! mcsuk.org/news/straw_ban_eng…
Mini beach clean at Oxwich this evening, lots of cotton bud sticks, straws, bottle tops, fishing line and balloons #PlasticFreeGower #2MinuteBeachClean
