📢 My take on football development today:
I’m seeing so many athletes chasing offers but not enough focus on the grind that gets them there. The fundamentals—blocking, tackling, footwork, mental toughness—are often overlooked. If you're not developing the right way, an offer won’t matter.
🏈 True development means:
- Mastering your position
- Becoming mentally resilient
- Outworking your competition on and off the field
Let's get back to the hard-nosed football that built legends. Offers come when you're truly ready.

Hurricane weather knocked out the lights, but I had an awesome time speaking with @coachclack23 about the importance of culture in football programs.
We both got to speak about our experiences, our perspective, and our current businesses.
Full interview will be released soon!

🚨 2025’s & 2026’s! 🚨 After reviewing film for the last few weeks, here’s what’s holding upperclassmen back:
1️⃣ GPA: 2.3 minimum GPA for Full Qualifier NCAA requires 10 core courses by junior year (7 must be English, math, or science) & grades are locked in. No retakes!
2️⃣ Clean up your film—cover photo, cut unnecessary clips.
3️⃣ Update your bio with key info (height, GPA, contact).

Coachable Athletes have these traits (College recruiters prioritize them):
1. Open minded and humble when receiving feedback. No matter how good you are.
2. Seeking constructive feedback. Ask your coaches how to improve.
3. Be a source of positivity, energy, and encouragement for teammates. Be a light.
4. Look your coaches in the eye when they are talking to you. Display confidence not shame.
5. Check your ego. You are never good enough to stop improving.
6. Be a leader in commitment and dedication to the sport you love. Guide your peers.
