Same card. Same grading company. THREE grades apart. I submitted a 1970 Topps Hank Aaron to @PSAcard. It came back a PSA 5. I cracked open the slab, resubmitted the EXACT SAME CARD, and it came back a PSA 8. That's a $600-$700 difference in market value. I have photos of both slabs and video of the crack-out. So here's my question for PSA: How do you plan to compensate me for the cost of the original grading, not to mention the expense of having to resubmit a card that apparently wasn't graded correctly the first time? And more importantly, if the same card can receive a 5 and an 8, how can collectors trust the grades they're paying PSA to assign? At what point does card grading become indistinguishable from throwing darts at a dartboard? @rhoge @darrenrovell @cllctMedia @CardPurchaser @NotTheFakeJordy @gurucollects
