Rumour has it that Owen Jones, Wes Streeting, Zack Polanski and Keir Starmer have already booked four adjoining rooms at the Cardiff Travelodge for next week’s "Goblin Awareness Day". 🤪
Ah yes, Wes Streeting has graciously granted us 1,000 days to get ready for war. How thoughtful of him.
Never mind that we currently possess no weapons, no fuel, no steel, a navy that exists primarily as a series of PowerPoint slides, and a standing army so small it could hold its annual general meeting in a phone box.
Naturally, that means we’d be relying on untrained conscripts who are about to discover that real life is slightly more demanding than a WhatsApp group chat.
Food security? Nah....the government has spent years carefully dismantling it by screwing the farmers.
Furthermore, we’d be drawing our recruits from a generation that treats hurtful words as an act of violence.
In order to avoid being sent to the front line, how many 18- to 35-year-old lads will suddenly identify as women the second the call-up papers land?
At this point we’d be better off spending the next thousand days buying up every white flag the French have sitting in storage. At least then the surrender will look organised.
It seems far more sensible to spend what time we have, learning to speak Russian.

Burnham needs to understand he isn’t the mayor any longer. He’s not a celebrity, he’s not everyone’s friendly Manchester mate.
He is the Prime Minister.
Act like it.
There are a great number of difficult decisions required - he needs to start taking them. Urgently.

Security staff protect our hospitals, shops and public venues. As such, their licences must provide genuine assurance of competence and integrity. Yet increasingly, security professionals are not British nationals, do not speak proper English, and do not appear to be physically fit enough to do their job.
This is now everywhere. Supermarkets guarded by Indian men with no grasp of our language. How has this been allowed to happen?
It is a scam, and a Restore Britain Government will end it.
British nationals accounted for just 54.0% of recorded security licence holders in September 2026, down from 68.1% in September 2021. After British nationals (241,851), the five largest groups of SIA licence holders are nationals of Pakistan (69,663), Nigeria (28,770), India (20,567), Ghana (8,000) and Nepal (6,436) - countries whose cultures are, in our view, largely incompatible with our own.
The demographic replacement of security guards.
This is unacceptable.
A Restore Britain Government will fix the security industry.
How?
- We will root out fraud and corruption, hold security companies accountable, and recruit more British workers, reducing reliance on cheap foreign labour.
- We will commission an independent audit of the regulator, the Security Industry Authority, and launch a nationwide review of all SIA licences. Recheck identity, qualifications, criminal records, and the right to work. Strengthen overseas background checks, investigate failures to act on intelligence and conflicts of interest, and protect whistleblowers. The senior leadership will be replaced - such failure must have consequences.
- We will require every frontline licence holder to retake independently supervised competence tests and pass a separate English-language examination covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Introduce physical fitness tests appropriate to each licensed role. Withdraw licences from those who fail or refuse to meet the required standards within a prescribed period - requiring former holders and their families to leave Britain.
- We will introduce compulsory business licensing, with fit-and-proper checks on directors and beneficial owners. Require firms to assess subcontractors, verify staff identities and licences, and retain auditable employment records - preventing banned operators returning through replacement companies.
- We will direct joint SIA and Home Office teams to investigate sham sponsorship, falsely described jobs, and unlawful employment. Check actual duties against visa conditions.
- We will introduce legislation requiring foreign-national licence holders to financially support themselves and their dependants without social housing or welfare benefits. Where this condition is not met, withdraw licences and require former holders and their families to leave the UK.
- We will pursue criminal investigations and prosecutions against company owners, recruiters, training providers, assessors, and officials who knowingly facilitate fraudulent qualifications, false identities, sham sponsorship or illegal working. Seek prison sentences for serious offending, confiscation of criminal proceeds, director disqualification and exclusion from public contracts.
- We will launch a domestic recruitment drive through Jobcentres, college apprenticeships, and veterans’ organisations, with funded training and licence-fee support for British recruits. By the end of our first Parliament, we aim to have a 100% British security workforce. Relying on foreign nationals to do such important work is not acceptable.
Our people deserve to feel properly protected in hospitals, in shops, at nightclubs, and everywhere else where security personnel are required. The British lads who provide me with protection when I need it are dedicated, serious, and competent - this should be the case everywhere.
We should not have Pakistani, Sudanese, and Eritrean nationals taking job opportunities away from British nationals, especially if they are not even doing the job but using it to commit fraud to obtain a visa.
The farce of millions of British people being ‘protected’ across our country by illiterate and incompetent foreign men will end.
Our Ange is a petrolhead. Who’d have thunk it?
Weirdly, this is the first time I have believed something that Angela Rayner has said, and I disagree with some comments suggesting this is a Rachel Reeves bullshit moment.
The details just rolled too easily off that massive tongue of hers for this to be a fib. 🤪

🚨 Restore Britain Members - Read & Share 🚨
Having just watched the ITV hit piece on Reform UK, I’m left with more questions than answers and a proper sense of unease. As soon as the background music started, you could tell exactly where it was going. This wasn’t journalism, it was a hatchet job.
Just to be clear, this isn’t me defending Reform, or the people who got caught on camera saying some pretty daft things (often after a few drinks). But as plenty of others have already pointed out, stick someone undercover in pretty much any political party for a year and you’re almost guaranteed to come away with footage that looks bad for both the people saying it and the party they belong to.
You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to see what’s coming next. Right now, people just like those journalists are almost certainly doing the exact same thing inside Restore Britain. We’re not yet the threat to the establishment that Reform has become, but the bigger we get, the sooner we’ll be the target of the next carefully edited hit piece.
So the real question is, what do we actually do now, while we still can, to protect ourselves or at least limit the damage when that day comes?
Undercover reporters rarely get anything useful from formal speeches. They get it at the bar after a meeting, or during casual chats. So candidates and grassroots people really need to assume every room is recorded and every conversation is on the record. Treat a pub chat with a new volunteer exactly like you’re live on BBC Question Time.
It’s also worth being careful about who gets close. High-profile figures elsewhere don’t just let anyone have off-camera access. New volunteers or enthusiastic newcomers shouldn’t be invited into back rooms, candidate's cars, or private after-parties.
Recording stuff ourselves helps too. If official meetings, training sessions and strategy chats are properly audio and video recorded by the party, then when someone pulls a five-second clip out of context, we’ve already got the full version ready to put out as counter-proof.
We also need to watch out for people offering money or help. Journalists often turn up posing as wealthy donors, consultants or PR people. If someone starts suggesting “off-the-books” support or odd campaign tactics, it should go straight to party compliance.
And if a stranger or new face starts pushing extreme, inflammatory, racist or illegal ideas, the response has to be clear and immediate: “That is not what Restore Britain stands for. We follow the law and official policy, and I fundamentally disagree with that.” Sitting there in silence or laughing awkwardly is exactly the sort of thing that gets cut together later as if you agreed with them.
Finally, just stick to the actual policy platform. Don’t freelance or speculate on fringe stuff. If someone asks a provocative off-topic question, just pivot: “Our focus is on restoring economic sanity, border security and public accountability. That’s what this movement is built on.”
Together we can protect the only party that will restore our country to what it once was, and build a better Britain for British people, our children, and the generations yet to come. This is our moment to stand firm, to safeguard what is ours, and to fight for a future that our descendants can be proud of.

An insult to Chavs. 🤪
Angela Rayner says the vape photo was put out there to shame her as a chav
The former Deputy Prime Minister was pictured vaping on a kayak in Hove last summer while celebrating her youngest son’s GCSEs, weeks before she resigned from the Cabinet.
She called it a dreadful picture and said it was released to make her look like a chav.
She claimed the move backfired because people contacted her saying they had never felt more represented.
Rayner said when the media go low the public go high.
She said:
"It was a dreadful picture - but it was put out there to shame me let's be honest right that's what that picture was about there to say 'look at that chav' and to shame me."
"The amount of people that contacted me saying I've never felt more represented.
"So that's why I'm saying... when they [the media] go low the public go high. So they've made me a household name because they thought that was clever to attack me at that level.
"The public were upset when they thought I'd done something like broke the rules, they weren't upset because I'm in a kayak. I get that, I don't need the papers to make me understand that.
"I understand the rhythm of my people who I represent, who I grew up with, I get that they're not interested in. You know, they might have a laugh about it. That's like small fry for them, what they're interested in, what you're doing for us and don't have double standards."
She also dismissed one front page headline - 'Three Pads Rayner' - joking: "Yeah, and I didn't have three pads, either. I have a mortgage. I have a big mortgage, and, you know, probably about 20% deposit, which is my life savings."
She added: "I see online I'm supposed to be a net worth of four million as well. I don't know where that is. I definitely don't have that.

Farage apparently thinks the question of Englishness is an “academic debate”, in his words, that is not worth engaging in - a simply extraordinary thing to say.
We are witnessing profound demographic change across Britain, and the leader of Reform thinks the meaning of English identity is a subject to be brushed aside because he’s scared of being called a few unpleasant names.
Englishness is NOT an academic debate.
The English are a historic people. We have our own ancestry, heritage, culture, traditions and national identity.
Incredibly, Farage disagrees with that.
My view, and Restore Britain's view, is clear.
We are not simply a collection of passport holders living within a geographical boundary.
And acknowledging the existence of the historic English people does not mean denying that others can develop a genuine attachment and belonging to our nation, but that does not make them ethnically English.
A government can print a passport, sadly we all know that - it CANNOT falsely manufacture centuries of history or ancestral roots.
The historic English people have a home - it’s called England, and we have nowhere else to go.
And yes, in that home, the English are being demographically replaced. That’s just a fact. It’s happening all over Britain, it’s happened all over Britain. Go to East London, Rochdale, Luton, Birmingham, Blackburn, Bradford. I could go on.
This is NOT an academic debate.
This is our home, or at least it was.
Farage is simply not the man to save it.
You cannot claim to defend a nation when you refuse to even acknowledge its historic people because you might get your feelings hurt.
The hour is simply too late for that pathetic level of gutlessness.
The English are not an academic abstract afterthought.
We will not have our history and entire existence erased because cowardly politicians don’t have the courage to state the truth.
We are a people, and England is our home.
Restore Britain will defend it.

Dear Trumpy Trump Trump @WhiteHouse
Just to reiterate my offer to be your @PressSec
I own hair ties, have never claimed to be a lawyer and know the press better than they know themselves.
Katie Hopkins. At your service.
I’m no fan of the geezer, although the loathing I used to have for him has softened in recent years the less woke he’s become.
Still, when I see what’s happening with his current court case, I do have some concerns, not so much about his potential guilt, but more about the fact that the moment an allegation of this nature is made, the man is shit-stained for life, guilty or innocent.
In this particular case, a lot of it just doesn’t ring true to me. Yes, he was a filthy deviant and sex-mad (all young men are, by the way......it’s the law), but having been a horny young man myself who would’ve shagged anything with a pulse, I never once felt the need to force myself on a woman. No meant no, the walk home was miserable, and I got over it.
This bloke had fanny being thrown at him constantly by some genuinely hot girls, far more than he could ever get through in a lifetime, so why would he need to force anyone? If she said no, he could easily show her the door and let the next one have a go at emptying his tank.
If he’s guilty, I hope he rots in hell. But proving it without concrete evidence is difficult, and sadly he could still end up convicted simply because the courts are inclined to take the woman’s word for it.
This is a tough one to get my head around.
