Crazy how we were doing just fine without genAI not even 5 years ago. Let's go back to that.

How can someone truly believe that AI music is better than music created with actual heart, soul, talent, and shared human experience? You’re missing the whole point of music, dude.
AI generated music is 1000x better than real music.
Today I canceled Spotify and SiriusXM because I finally tested Suno.
What sold me was the first prompt I gave it:
“My favorite artists are A Day to Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox, Bad Omens, and Sleep Token.
Analyze all their hits and generate a song I’m likely to love based on those artists.”
It one shots an absolute banger in 10 seconds.
I'll link the song in the next tweet for anyone curious.
Why would I ever go back to Spotify/SiriusXM when I can generate music perfectly tailored to my taste on command, for free?
Not affiliated with Suno in any way btw, it was just one of those moments where I was so impressed with AI’s capability I had to say something about it.

People who love AI generated music don’t actually even like music, I’m convinced.

FS Fire Eagles medical team, Not only the put franchise QB in dangerous position now may cost draft picks that is really needed
BREAKING: The NFL has launched an investigation into the #Eagles handling of Jalen Hurts after he was allowed to play and fly with a blood clot.
The NFLPA is pushing for severe punishment, with Philadelphia potentially facing the loss of multiple draft picks.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
There are no reports of an NFL investigation or NFLPA disciplinary push regarding Jalen Hurts. Philadelphia informed the league of Hurts' diagnosis prior to Week 5, and he was cleared to play by team doctors and London specialists. espn.com/nfl/story/_/id… inquirer.com/eagles/jalen-h…
Wtf is this medical team doing man , the fact organisation chose to play him is insane
#Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, who is out for the season after several blood clots were revealed in his lungs, has been undergoing tests for days.
Before the London game, Hurts was in the hospital until 4 am and did not sleep because sleep was a risk. He played without having slept.
Yikes hope he has good recovery, and returns to team next season with new HC !
😮
Breaking: #Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is out for Sunday due to a superficial blood clot.
Full statement from the #Eagles on QB Jalen Hurts:
“On Thursday, October 8th, Jalen visited the training room after practice requesting treatment for his calf. He informed the medical staff he had been cleated during the Rams game on October 4th. This was his first treatment session for the calf injury following the game, after having practiced in full both Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, Jalen received treatment, practiced in full, and was added to the practice report.
“Out of an abundance of caution, an ultrasound was performed on Saturday following the team’s flight to London and walkthrough. The ultrasound revealed a superficial blood clot. Our medical staff and doctors in London reviewed the results and concluded that activity and mobility were important and that Jalen could safely play. Doctors recommended a follow-up ultrasound within 72 hours of the game and the return flight to Philadelphia.
“Jalen played without limitation in the game Sunday, received treatment on Monday and Tuesday, and practiced in full on Wednesday, as reflected in the practice report. Throughout our time in London and this week, we have remained in communication with the league office regarding the matter.
"On Wednesday night, a follow-up ultrasound revealed movement in the small blood clot. Jalen will be out for Sunday’s game vs. the Panthers as we determine the appropriate course of treatment. His health and safety are our highest priority.”

Zelenskyy: "When our strikes reached Yandex data centers, it suddenly became little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. Many people noticed it.
There was less hate, less division, fewer provocations because there were fewer bots. It's pretty clear where those bots were coming from.
If they disappeared when Yandex went offline, this proves once again that Europe is not the source of the problems."
The big problem is that Russia figured out how modern society consumes information a decade ago, but the West hasn't.
There are millions of bots commenting and posting Russian propaganda. There are paid influencers spreading it, with Russian bots supporting their content.
There is a gigantic machine operating to radicalize and influence Western societies, and there is not enough defense in place.
It doesn't just influence elections, it sows discord, engulfs societies in culture wars, radicalizes teenagers, and shapes political decisions when elected officials fail to read the room.
That needs to change. And fast.

Disney and DreamWorks are churning out CGI sequels every year, while animators at LAIKA spent 11 years in an Oregon warehouse hand-weaving tiny coats for puppets to make Wildwood
LAIKA’s last movie lost nearly $75 million in 2019 and any other studio would have pivoted to cheap animation.
God bless Nike founder Phil Knight for funding his son’s stop-motion passion project so we can get actual hand-crafted cinema.

I’m very grateful for what Nick Sirriani has done for the Birds & that Super Bowl win will always be an all-time memory for me, but that’s it. It’s done. Cut your losses. It’s over. I’m sad how it’s ended, but it’s done exactly that… Ended. Cut the cord. Cue the music. Bye-bye.

Jobs should be lost over this offense.
It would be hard for me to keep my cool if I was an #Eagles defensive starter on that sideline today.

Sirriani owes every single Birds player an apology. Walk up to each one of them individually & apologize to their face for singlehandedly losing them that game. Everything the Birds accomplished was in spite of him & he is the reason the Jags even had a chance to kick there.
