Planting new trees doesnโt magically undo the destruction of an entire ecosystem. You cannot replace centuries of biodiversity with a few saplings. Companies that destroy our natural resources should face severe penalties, including permanent closure when warranted. Weโve reached a point where protecting the planet is treated as optional, and that needs to change.
