Grok: "Brendan Kavanagh, a YouTube boogie-woogie pianist known as Dr K, posted police bodycam footage from his April 1, 2025 arrest at home by six Bedfordshire officers along with his wife, both handcuffed in front of their children.
The arrest stemmed from a harassment complaint by a laicized deacon with prior child abuse allegations abroad, after the Kavanaghs emailed other Catholic parents raising safeguarding concerns about him celebrating Mass at their private chapel.
Police seized electronics worth £12,000; after two months of investigation, no offences were found, charges were dropped without apology, and the couple is now pursuing legal action against the force over the incident's handling."
Six police surround myself and my wife and arrest us at home. This is from the police bodycam footage. We’re currently taking action against Bedfordshire police for this outrageous arrest. Myself and my wife were clearly soft targets, not exactly hardened criminals but they handcuffed both anyway …all charges dropped after a couple of months with no apology or explanation. The children were terrorised and they’ll never trust the police again.
