I’m deleting my @DoorDash account and I suggest you do to bc theyre stealing from customers. Here’s what happened. I ordered food nearly a week ago. I never received the food, the dasher called to let them know there was an issue with the delivery. I spoke with their chat (1/2) – at Stratford, CT
@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help spoke several times on the phone, chatted via email, and on twitter and after being hung up on several times, they are still refusing a refund for food I never received.
Don’t order from them they will steal your money, your food, & your time.
So let me get this straight @DoorDash your dasher takes my food, I’m not given a refund or redelivery, and now I have to wait a day for a supervisor to get back to me for a resolution? Oh and your customer service has hung up on me 5 times and ended our app chat 6 times – at Stratford, CT
