So @royalmail I need proof of where a parcel has been delivered. Recipient says that the signature isn’t hers - so where is it, who signed for it and as your website is next to useless how do I find out where the heck it is?

The number of people in hospital with Covid-19 is still going up at an alarming and unsustainable rate. And this data is only up until 9th November.
