Again it is perspective issue here, you post below doesn´t make sense.
We see Luffy and Kaido clash far from Onigashima away, so we can see how big the lightning streak is.
Zoro perspective is right under him cutting King, we don´t know how large his lightning is, in fact Onigashima is far smaller than the sun world in Elbaph.
Even one castle is bigger than Onigashima...
