That should assure the Irish at playoff berth, barring any strange happenings the rest of the way. Looking at ND schedule, not likely.

Most wins as a team through their first 8 home games of a season - @Senators franchise history (1992-93 to present):
7 in 2005-06
7 in 2007-08
6 in 2026-27 (Via prevailing 4-2 earlier tonight against the visiting Mammoth)
6 in 1999-2000
6 in 2016-17
5 on seven different occasions
Can't remember these two teams looking collectively as bad as they did today. It's a bragging rights game and that's it.
The rout is really on in Oxford. Georgia rolling 35-0 ...
GUNNER STOCKTON MAKES MAGIC HAPPEN 🪄
The Bulldogs QB now has FOUR total TDs to give Georgia a 35-0 lead over Ole Miss 🎯

Vols now own double-digit wins over both Alabama and Kentucky. They should be ranked above both of them by CFP committee on Tuesday.
💯 ... Let's see what bullshit they come up with Tuesday night to justify not doing it. Only SEC teams that should be above Vols are Georgia and Texas.
For a day that was billed as the biggest of the CFB season, the drama level has been mostly shite. Great games in the noon window, very little to get excited about since then. It's kinda disappointing.
It's gettin' ugly early in Oxford. Georgia on a first half stampede ...
It is ALL GEORGIA in Oxford, MS 😳
The No. 2 Bulldogs have scored a touchdown on each of their first three drives to take an early 21-0 lead on No. 10 Ole Miss ‼️
ALT The image is a collage of two parts. The top part shows several football players from the University of Georgia celebrating a touchdown with the word "TOUCHDOWN" displayed in bold letters. The bottom part shows a coach on the sidelines wearing a headset with logos for Ole Miss and College Football Playoff, looking attentively at the game. The score displayed is Georgia 20, Ole Miss 0.
