Hi @rapidobikeapp I know you will barely care about this but I want to highlight what happened today with my girlfriend. Entire incident: 1. She booked this cab from nizamuddin to chhatarpur. The driver was giving her a stare from his mirror and was making her uncomfortable.

And i'm 100% sure that you people are least concerned about the background check of the drivers unlike @Uber_India or @Olacabs and least concerned about feedback as she has already written there but there is no response to that.

I request people from Delhi-NCR to spread this as much as you can so that one can avoid travelling with this driver or cab for their own safety. Because i have seriously lost trust in these rapido people 🙏🏻
