Dear Kannada audience, please watch #VideoTheFilm. We've tried something very rare for today's market, and rarest in Indian cinema.
We need good numbers in the first 2-3 days to sustain.
Trailer is on YouTube. Premier shows open in Davanagere and Mysuru.
The #Sepultura gig from last night was massive - the power-packed setlist spanning the band's 42 year career was the perfect swansong.
The crowd went berserk throughout - easily the best gig I've been to! – at Würzburg, Germany

It’s wild that Park Chan-wook’s No Other Choice received no nominations at the 2026 Oscars.
The re-release of restored #SatyajitRay classics are 100% worth the theatre experience.
First Nayak, and now Aranyer Din Ratri - both superb, layered films through and through!
Thank you @PicturesPVR ❤️

From struggling to get one evening show in 2016 to 5000+ housefull shows in 2025.
This journey is nothing but your love, support, and God’s grace. Forever grateful to every single person who made this possible. ❤️

ನೋಡಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವವರು... fb.me/1VxhgkmE9
Man, watching this on Vijaya Dashami was a cherry on top ♥️
And @shetty_rishab - Shettre, even a National Award is not enough. The scale achieved itself is worthy of a victory lap!
Watching this on OTT is a disservice to what ambitions in films stand for.
The acoustics @Windmillscraft being the perfect enabler as always - this time for Mame Khan's enthralling fusion performance 🤌🏽❤️

The Kannada film of the year, yet!
Been long since I saw a near-housefull theatre in Bangalore laughing out loud. So refreshing, just like the film itself.
Coastal gang delivers yet again ❤️
@RajbShettyOMK, JP Thuminad, and everyone involved in this film🙌🏽

People having to wait for tables at Pecos Indiranagar on a Friday night is the sign of the good times!🍻🤘🏽

#Barbenheimer walked so that this Friday's Indian box office clash could run 😂

50 years between Anant Nag's debut in Kannada films with Hamsageethe and the reception of the Padma Awards.
Absolute legend 🙌🏽❤️

A great day to be a sports fan in Bengaluru!
A (maybe) not-so-great day for those having to deal with the traffic in CBD today 🤣 #govinda
Sumanth Bhat's #Mithya is a hard hitting film that doesn't feel heavy due to the masterful direction and visual treatment.
Film wins in its portrayal of the mundane, in its exploration of grief. And of course thanks to the top performances!
A great watch! @ParamvahStudios

Farewell to a Book man of Bangalore
Today, we say goodbye to K.K.S. Murthy (1929-2025), the heart and soul of Select Book Shop, Bangalore. For generations, his quaint bookstore on Brigade Road was a sanctuary for book lovers, a place where rare finds, literary treasures, and warm conversations flourished.
As booksellers, we don’t just sell books—we curate stories, build communities, and create spaces where literature thrives. Murthy Sir embodied this spirit. His passion for rare books, his dedication to readers, and the warmth he brought to bookselling made him an inspiration to all of us in the trade.
His journey reminds us why we do what we do—to connect people with books that shape their lives. Rest in peace, Murthy Sir. Your legacy will live on in every bookseller who believes in the magic of a well-placed book.
