What changed? Why was Kuminga uncoachable to Kerr (as most loud voices say, not Kerr himself) but Finch has no problem coaching him up and getting more out of him? Perhaps the simple answer is that development is rarely linear — and he needed time, trust and reps 🤷‍♂️
