Where do you see yourself on the accountability ladder? Whether on operations or in barracks, leaders must accept responsibility for their own decisions as well as being accountable for those of their teams. The best leaders also encourage those around them to be responsible and accountable too, while also recognising the need to actively make things happen rather than waiting and hoping for issues to resolve themselves. #accountability #leadership #accountabilityladder
