Law violations are NEVER “law and order!” Excessive force is unconstitutional and a violation of laws, federal, state and local in many places.
Police punch Hispanic man already pinned to ground—22 times.
Officer had already shot him with taser.
"He stiffly hit the ground after being tased, and his head banged on asphalt," said witness.
"Cop mounts him and starts beating—later 3 more piled on."
Just because man was standing in the road blocking some traffic.
Witnesses say he looked like he was having a mental episode—and was not trying to harm anyone.
Emergency crews were called and took the man to the hospital.
Local police confirmed the incident occurred at 3:15 pm—but released no other details except to say it was "under review."
Incident occurred on Auburn Way near 37th Street NE in Auburn, Washington.

I say & I say agin - polls aren't crystal balls. They aren’t predictors they are instructors. In campaigns we don't poll to find out who's winning; we poll to figure out how to win. Because someone has a lead doesn’t mean they will win. Media has to do a better job of explaining so when someone “in the lead” doesn’t win you accuse the poll of being wrong. Six days out, the better question isn't "who's up?" It's "who's still undecided, and what are their issues.

Teenagers dress as KKK for Halloween party—walk down neighborhood street yelling N-word.
"We hate [N-words] !"
they yell terrorizing families.
Other teens laugh & encourage them to shout more hate.
"One, two, three — bye [N-words] !"
Boy filming calls them "the team"—so maybe those under the robes could be identified as participants in high school sports together.
Witnesses say the crowd first gathered for a Halloween party at a residential house.
Then the group wearing the KKK costumes decided to march down the residential streets & scream the N-word.
