This hacker basically got access to my number and gained access to my email, my banking information and other important accounts. This is a SERIOUS privacy breach that should not have happened. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

How can your system not detect someone using a SIMILAR but not EXACT username to log onto my account. Your system allowed this hacker to take over my account and proceeded to swap out my sim.

In simple terms this gentleman along with another gentleman I got earlier today both told me that YOUR SYSTEM allowed this breach to happen. How come no one can properly advise me when you are at fault?

I reached out to you guys again last night Oct 18th to potentially swap my sim to a new one. Again to my surprise I was told not to and that there is already a case on my file with the fraud department and I should wait until I speak to them before I make any rash changes.

and even stopped by the store myself. I was advised by both Apple employees and the many Roger employees that I interacted with that I “should” swap my sim card out for a new one and factory restore my phone. Fair.

To my surprise when I reached out to your online support… I found that the hacker got a hold of my ROGERS ACCOUNT and was able to FREELY change and swap out my sim card ONLINE. Upon further investigation after many calls with Rogers Monday - Tuesday
