James Fishback is running in Florida’s Republican gubernatorial primary.
Fishback has repeatedly generated controversy through inflammatory rhetoric and his willingness to court the audience surrounding Nick Fuentes and the Groyper movement.
He has publicly praised Fuentes’s followers while refusing to draw a firm line against a movement widely associated with racist and antisemitic rhetoric.
Fishback has also attacked President Trump’s foreign policy and positioned himself against key parts of the president’s agenda.
According to @TrackIslmunists, James Fishback has received $917, 912.00 from pro-Islam and pro-Iran donors. Those numbers are more in line with a Democrat like Zohran Mamdani, Ilhan Omar, or Rashida Tlaib than a supposed Republican.
Trump-endorsed @ByronDonalds is leading this race by a wide margin and is considered the presumptive nominee.
Florida Republican voters deserve to know exactly who is running, what movements they are empowering, and whether their version of “America First” actually supports President Trump or undermines him.
