Good men are hard to find. But in your search for good men, be mindful of shallow-minded mediocres...in their insecure world, they are only available to the highest bidders and will do anything to bring you down if they can't be you.
Stay strong
Stay disciplined
Choose wisely!
Nigeria doesn’t need leaders who enjoy the sound of their own voices; it needs leaders whose actions speak louder than their promises. True leadership is not about the power you hold, but the lives you touch, the hope you restore, and the future you leave behind.

Before 2023.... Nigeria and Argentina fell into similar pothole....as they both consumed the future they transited to.... in the past....
Nigeria had a calm spoken Tinubu..... Argentina had the loud mouthed Javier Melei...
over 55% of Argentina voted Milei....about 45% voted Tinubu....
Milei has retrenched over 21% of Argentina public workers...that is equivalent of 400,000 Nigeria federal workers....Tinubu has employed more, increase salaries....
When wailers say Tinubu lack human face...they lack the eyes to see the face...
Both Milei and Tinubu saw petrol prices increased by about 40% .... Argentina from $0.88 to $1.44... Nigeria from $0.60 to about $1....
Yet Argentina is still paying subsidy.... Nigeria is not....
From nothing..... Argentina have $10 billion net Foreign reserve.... Nigeria have almost $50 billion net reserve....
The loud mouthed obi once advised Tinubu to go and study Milei..... but in reality Melei should learn how to resurrect dead economies from Tinubu...
Argentina is still borrowing to defend its currency.... yet the Peso lost over 100% of its value in 3 years.... while Nigeria is not pegging the Naira and losing about 60% of its value using the Black market value where Nigeria businesses got their FX....
Milei has grown Argentina debt by over $118 billion in 3 years while Tinubu added over $20 billion debt.....
Instead of going to Argentina to learn reformative leadership.... Obi should register with Tinubu and Fashola assign to coach him.....
Tinubu is succeeding where others will fail....
For those who thinks Tinubu is doing nothing...

Most of you know this story, but none of you have heard it from me.
Back in September 2018, Femi Hamzat wanted to be Governor of Lagos State. He had thirteen years of public service under Asiwaju and BRF, with the record and backing to win. Then party leaders asked him to step aside for me.
It takes a rare man to put down what he wants without nursing a grudge. Femi shook my hand and five weeks later, agreed to run beside me. I have never forgotten that.
Anyone can read a CV but only the person in the room with a man when the cameras leave can tell you who he really is. For 2,711 days, I have been in that room with him.
When COVID-19 hit, when we faced our hardest weeks, when the Blue and Red Lines ran and when the Lekki Deep Sea Port opened, Femi was there. Long before any ribbon was cut, he was asking the tough questions an engineer asks.
In many states, deputies are kept in reserve. On day one, Femi promised to be the best deputy governor in Lagos history. He kept his word. In seven years, there has not been a single day I wondered whose side he was on. We have had one government, one direction, and one voice.
Lagos runs on a relay system. The baton is never passed to a runner standing still. You run at full speed inside the exchange zone, together, before the pass. That is how Lagos has been governed for 27 years, from Asiwaju to BRF, to Ambode, to me.
Femi is a deputy governor like no other. He built the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge under Fashola, digitized government under Asiwaju and holds a doctorate in engineering. His father served Lateef Jakande. This is in his blood.
Critics say Lagos keeps choosing from the same pool. I say Lagos trains its people. With major projects underway and a master plan stretching to 2052, this is not the time to experiment. What Femi presents today is not a campaign promise cooked up on a bus, it is the next leg of a race we have been running since 1999.
Lagos does not hand the baton to a man standing still. Today, you have seen the man who is already running. Let us move forward together with The Lagos PROMISE.

At the opening of the Elevate Africa Convening 2026 in Accra, hosted by His Majesty Ògíamẹ̀ Atúwàtse III, CFR, the Olu of Warri, I emphasised that Africa’s future prosperity depends on a clear vision, deliberate development planning and purposeful leadership.
The experiences of countries such as Singapore and India offer valuable lessons. Singapore pursued a national development vision anchored in merit, pragmatism, integrity and inclusivity, ensuring that opportunities were not limited by ethnic, religious or regional differences. India, on its part, invested deliberately in research-driven universities and scientific capacity, cultivating the talent and innovation that have strengthened its economy and expanded its influence in global technology.
Africa must draw lessons from these experiences and develop strategies suited to its own realities and aspirations. We must invest in quality, technology-driven education that equips our young people with the knowledge, skills and creativity to drive innovation, create wealth, build productive economies and generate sustainable employment. Our responsibility is not merely to address the challenges of today, but to lay a solid foundation for our children, grandchildren and generations yet unborn.
On the questions of reparations, championed by Ghana’s President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, and the broader call for debt relief, I stressed the importance of a coordinated and pragmatic African approach. Through the African Union, our leaders must work towards a common position that reflects our shared interests, strengthens our negotiating capacity and ensures that Africa speaks with clarity and purpose on these critical issues.
Africa’s progress will require more than aspirations; it demands vision, strategic investment, institutional coordination and a sustained commitment to the future of our people. By aligning our development priorities and speaking with a common voice on matters of continental importance, we can advance Africa’s interests with greater coherence and impact.

A calm mind and a gentle tongue are useful tools to avoid stife and establish peace.
What value do you add to your society? Are you responsible for the chaos? Are you responsible for maintaining the peace? Or are you just folding your hands indifferently and having a laugh?

• We replaced bullion cubes eg Maggi, Knorr (or Maggi Knorr like many people call it🤣🤣), etc., with natural spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, lots of onions, locust beans (iru), ogiri, okpe, cloves, aidan fruit (I'll see if I can attach the image), etc. including dehydrated meat/fish — my wife makes a blend of all these spices and stuff.
• We replaced commercial soaps like Joy, Premier, etc. with natural soaps that my wife makes from scratch. It's really easy (because she makes it, and I just watch).
• We replaced toothpastes with pákò (chewing sticks).
Yes, I use chewing sticks.
Did you know that Miswak, a local chewing stick type, sells on Amazon for up to $10?
Some of the things we were told are primitive and backwards are prized bestsellers in Europe.
We also use activated coal, baking soda mixed coconut oil, or wood ash.
• Our hair and body creams too are made from natural ingredients like shea butter, oils, etc.
Thank you.

You must have heard about the soccer star kid who was unceremoniously walked out of a youth league in Winter Park, Florida by the police because he held the ball for too long.
If you’ve never heard or known that excellence can be a threat, this 3-year-old boy’s experience will teach you that. Being too good can be a threat to others.
But that’s not why I’m making this post.
I’m here to show you how pushing the right narrative (the one that favours you) and documenting your process when nobody is watching might be all you need to succeed in life and in business.
At 8 months, Nevada started walking and by the time he was 10 months old, he could fully dribble with football.
And at the age of 3, he made it into the global news. From the United States to Canada, from Canada to Europe and from Europe to Africa, everyone had something to say about him.
When he started trending, we all went back to watch his old videos.
His old content pointed to the fact that he didn’t start today. He had a track record.
But beyond that, when they tried to bully him, his parents pushed the “right” narrative that ended in his favour.
Imagine for a moment his mom didn’t record what happened.
Imagine for a moment he didn’t have any social media presence.
Jay-Z, Ye and 50cent wouldn’t have noticed and supported him.
ROC Nation Sports, owned by Jay-Z, wouldn’t have thrown their full support behind his football career.
Eddie Johnson wouldn’t have offered to be his personal coach.
He wouldn’t have raised $55,706 to support his career when his target was to raise $30,000.
Almost all top American content creators, especially the ones from the black community are fully in support of him.
All these things wouldn’t have happened if he didn’t:
* Have an online presence
* Push the narrative that favours his brand
* Show his track record by documenting his training
Don’t just sit around waiting for spotlight.
When nobody is clapping yet, focus on building your capacity.
Create content about what you do.
Blow your own trumpet 🎺
And respond to any form of bully with a narrative that will favour you.
Indeed, God can use anything to bring the diligent into spotlight.
I hope this helps you.

THE MECHANIC WHO SHOCKED AMERICA
Tunde was a roadside mechanic in Lagos who never attended secondary school.
One afternoon, an American engineer's luxury SUV broke down. Three workshops had failed to fix it.
Tunde listened to the engine, examined a few components, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes.
The astonished engineer recorded everything.
Months later, Tunde received an invitation to the United States.
During a technical assessment at a major automotive company, he diagnosed a fault that had troubled experienced engineers for weeks.
The company hired him as a technical consultant.
When asked about his qualifications, Tunde smiled:
“I don't have certificates. I have 25 years of solving problems that certificates couldn't solve.”
Today, the man who once repaired cars under a mango tree in Lagos advises automotive engineers in America.
MORAL: Education is valuable, but never underestimate practical intelligence.

Never allow someone else’s negativity to steal the peace you've worked so hard to build.
You can remain silent, walk away and still stand strong.
Maturity is knowing when to speak and when to remain silent.
Sometimes, silence is the most powerful response than proving your point.
