आगरा के Taj होटल में एक मेहमान ने वेटर को थप्पड़ मार दिया, और उसके बाद होटल ने जो क़दम उठाया उसकी हर तरफ़ तारीफ़ हो रही है। SLMG Beverages के जॉइंट मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर परितोष लधानी, जिनके ग्रुप की ये Taj Agra प्रॉपर्टी है, ने LinkedIn पर पूरी घटना शेयर की।
उन्होंने बताया कि वेटर कांति रेस्टोरेंट में एक मेहमान को सर्व कर रहे थे। कांति ठीक से अंग्रेज़ी नहीं बोल पाते, इसलिए बातचीत में थोड़ी ग़लतफ़हमी हो गई। इसी पर मेहमान ने उन्हें थप्पड़ मार दिया।
कांति ने न कोई शिकायत की, न किसी को कुछ बताया। लधानी ने चुप रहने की वजह पूछी तो कांति ने कहा कि वो आगरा के पास एक छोटे गांव के ग़रीब किसान परिवार से हैं। इस होटल में काम करना उनका सपना है, और वो ऐसा कुछ नहीं करना चाहते थे जिससे ये सपना टूट जाए। लधानी ने लिखा कि इस जवाब ने उनका दिल तोड़ दिया।
अगले ही दिन उस मेहमान को प्रॉपर्टी से हमेशा के लिए ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया गया, और वो अब भी ब्लैकलिस्ट है। लधानी ने लिखा, “As a leader, I don’t care how wealthy you are, how influential you are, or how much you spend at our hotel.” (एक लीडर के तौर पर मुझे फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ता कि आप कितने अमीर हैं, कितने रसूख़दार हैं या हमारे होटल में कितना ख़र्च करते हैं।)

पूरी कोशिश है कि नार्को टेस्ट न हो सके और सच छुपा रहे।

What a beautiful video.
A mother and calf fell into a water tank. Both were rescued but during rescue the calf got separated from mother. Kurseong division staff brilliantly tracked the mother. It took 7 hours but they reunited them.

JUST IN: UK police arrest 15 y/o boy, seize his devices, & collect his DNA after he posted photo of a local politician edited to look like a rabbit.
DG ITBP said nothing wrong. He was speaking about his force's modernisation, use of drones and his aspirations about his force and said nothing about the army. It was quite a positive speech actually. Why are we upset that he spoke about drones ?

He was addressing his men about a trg program and was just saying that using drones a weaker ie conventionally weaker opponent can take on a stronger one. Nothing objectionable or wrong in what he said. Can't DGs even train their forces now ? I am an Infantry officer by the way.

🚨 A 15-year-old boy was woken by four West Midlands Police officers banging on his door.
Fraser, a schoolboy and Reform UK activist, was arrested in front of his neighbours, bundled into a police car and held overnight in a cell. His mugshot and DNA were taken; even his shoes were confiscated. While he was in the cell, officers searched his bedroom at home.
His “crime”? Criticising a Conservative councillor for wearing shorts and a T-shirt to a council meeting, then joking on social media that the councillor “was not looking like a rent boy” when he wore a suit.
Fraser also posted an altered photograph of the councillor wearing bunny ears.
In what self-respecting democracy should a child be arrested for criticising an elected politician?
The Free Speech Union is supporting Fraser and has taken on his case. His lawyers received an email from West Midlands Police stating that “it is alleged that your client’s comments could be considered a hate crime offence”. Months later, Fraser is still waiting to learn whether he will be charged.
Speaking to the New York Post, FSU Director of Legislative Affairs Sam Armstrong said: “Broadly speaking, several thousand people a year are being arrested for… ‘offensive speech’ in the UK.”
Since 2020, the FSU has handled more than 7,000 cases involving people whose free speech has been infringed and who have been punished for exercising it. More than 60,000 people have also been arrested for communications offences in the UK.
The First Amendment protects US citizens’ right to free speech. As Sam told the New York Post, it is the “global gold standard”.

दुनिया के शायद ही किसी विकसित देश लोकतांत्रिक देश में ज़िलाधिकारी, अप जिलाधिकारी टाइप पोस्ट होती हों. अमेरिका में तो किसी को ये कॉन्सेप्ट भी नहीं समझाया जा सकता कि लोकतंत्र में लोगों को अपने ऊपर एक अधिकारी की आवश्यकता होती है जिसे वह न चुन सकते हैं न हटा सकते हैं. सामान्य प्रशासन के लिए यहँ एक सीईओ होता है काउंटी में जिसे जनता चुनती है. फिर टैक्स लिपिक टैक्स का कार्य देखता है, क़ानून व्यवस्था शेरिफ़ देखता है, मजिस्ट्रेट का काम जज का और सजा दिलाने का काम डिस्ट्रिक्ट अटॉर्नी का. यह सारे पद जनता चुनती है तो सबको जनता के सामने अपनी काबिलियत भी दिखानी होती है. शहर में कोई मर्डर हो गया, अपराधी न पकड़ा गया तो शेरिफ की कुर्सी खतरे में. अपराधी के ख़िलाफ़ ठीक से मुकदमा न लड़ा गया तो DA को वोट न मिलेंगे. जज ने जल्दी सजा न सुनाई जो उसकी कुर्सी खतरे में.
आईएएस / प्रशासनिक सेवा भारत में ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी की देन थी. गोरे साहबों को मीडिएटर चाहिए थे जो उनके आदेश सही हों या ग़लत उन्हें अक्षरशः पालन करवाने के लिए आईसीएस की आवश्यकता थी. भारत कब आजाद हुआ तो सिस्टम वही मैकाले वाला ही रहा बस आईएएस को आदेश देने वाले गोरे अंग्रेज की जगह काले अंग्रेज के रूप में मंत्री जी आ गए.
नेताओं को जिम्मेदारी / जनता के प्रति जवाबदेही से उचित तरीका लगा कि जो सिस्टम चल रहा है चलने दो, एक बार कुर्सी मिल गई तो फिर मजे ही मजे हैं. और वह सिस्टम चलता ही आ रहा है.

They stopped the flow of the Ganga near Har ki paudi at Haridwar for next 18 days just so they can clean it before Diwali. And the moment the water level dropped the truth came out...the entire riverbed is buried under clothes, plastic bags, discarded slippers, and pure filth.
The natural stones that should be there..but completely hidden under our garbage.
Year after year the same story bhakts leave behind their waste the administration stops the water once a year, locals cleans up the mess we created and then we start dumping again the moment the water returns. 😒
You cant revere a river as divine and simultaneously turn her into a landfill.
If this is how we treat the river we claim to worship then maybe we dontt deserve to call her MAA at all.

All may well be true but how were Modi Shah able to pull all these strings in MH to get judges transferred etc ? UPA was in power in centre.
There were two bad men, Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati.
Both of them would extort money from Marble Mine owners that were operating illegally at the border of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
It is alleged that both were working at the behest of Amit Shah, who was the them Minister of State for Home in Narendra Modi's Government while Narendra Modi was the CM and also held the Home Portfolio.
Sohrabuddin Sheikh, it is alleged, was tasked with doing a murder. The man who was the target was Haren Pandya.
After the murder, when Sohrabuddin Sheikh realized who he has killed, he went missing and disappeared from the radar.
Tulsiram Prajapati was already in jail during that time in Rajasthan.
Gujarat Police used Tulsiram Prajapati to lure Sohrabuddin Sheikh out of hiding.
They arrested him from a moving bus in Andhra Pradesh along with AP police and brought him to Gujarat. Sohrabuddin's wife, Kausar Bi, refused to leave the side of her husband and such that not to create a scene, she too was taken into custody.
Later, Sohrabuddin Sheikh was killed in an 'encounter'.
A subsequent inquiry into the 'encounter' by Gujarat Police itself, terms the encounter fake.
Many policemen were arrested as accused and Amit Shah was named as #1 accused in the case.
The case was moved from Gujarat to Maharashtra and it is in this case that the courts ordered Amit Shah to be externed (Tadipar) from Gujarat.
Amit Shah was arrested and spent a few days in jail before he was bailed out.
It is in this case, that CBI Judge Utpat was about to pronounce a verdict but was transferred overnight by the Bombay High Court, under the Chief Justice Mohit Shah. Later Mohit Shah appointed then Registrar, Judge Loya to the CBI court.
Judge Loya died in mysterious circumstances at a Government Guest House in Nashik, while attending a wedding of the daughter of fellow judge.
The next judge, who was appointed, freed Amit Shah.
Later another judge freed all the other policemen just two days before retirement.
