At the State of the District event, I shared a clear message: The state of Broward County Public Schools is strong because of our people. Together, we restored academic excellence, earned an A rating for the third consecutive year and eliminated all D- and F-rated schools. This progress reflects the dedication of our School Board, educators, employees, students, families and community partners. Now, we turn the page. Our next chapter is about protecting excellence, expanding opportunities, embracing innovation and preparing every student to thrive. The last chapter proved what we can accomplish. The next chapter will define who we become. Let’s write it together.
