One of the largest disinformation campaigns in recent years is now unfolding on the X platform.
This large-scale bot, troll farm and paid influencer campaign is aimed at deflecting blame away from those that throttled Ukraine's Starshield/Starlink access onto Ukraine itself.

What this tweet from the UK's AI minister doesn't mention is that the AI Biosecurity Lab is another partnership between the government and OpenAI & Anthropic.
We significantly weaken our ability to regulate against the harms caused by these companies if we continually partner with them & increasingly rely on their goodwill.
Replying to @KanishkaNarayan
2/7 We're launching a £165m National AI Biosecurity Initiative, including £100m for a world-first AI Biosecurity Lab.
This will harness British scientific expertise and latest AI to detect biological threats and protect people from emerging risks.
As with our @AISecurityInst, I want the new AIBL to lead the world in capability.

The speed limits on Starlink and Starshield are still there. The speed has not been restored. And the delivery of interceptors to protect us against Russian ballistic missiles is still delayed. We’re waiting for interceptors that were already agreed on. But they are still not coming. This is a real problem, because the Russians attack us almost every single day.
All of this is happening while we continue our quite successful operations on the front. We keep defending positions. Things have become harder – partly because of the Starlink and Starshield policies and speed limits. But our frontline is still holding and I am proud of how strong our people are.
