The app does a negative adjustment if the Health app says you’ve burned less calories then predicted via the “Activity Level” setting. So if you’re highly active but didn’t quite get there, a negative adjustment is made.
We added the ProTracker app to our list of the best calorie counter #apps for #iPhone and #iPad bit.ly/39iN8As @ProTrackerApp

To get into this screen, press the gear button next to “Nutrient Summary” on the “Sunmary” tab

Hi Kelly, is this the screen you are referring to? If so, press and hold on the three-line button to the right of the nutrient and click and drag it from the “Not Included” section to “Included”

Where it says “Type”, tap “Fruit/Veg” and it will change to zero

Hi Jill, there is a switch when adding food to switch fruits/veggies which will change the points to zero.

Calorie system is the most commonly used one and the one that should be used if you are not familiar with “points”. Points is for those who have used other similar programs in the past.

Also, it’s good to note that we do support the Smart system which is very similar to freestyle. Our app can still be used to manage within the freestyle program.

Hi Melissa, yes premium features will include all features. We will not have tiered premium pricing

Hi Melissa, thanks for the support :) but unfortunately no timeline yet
I would just do it through the Progress tab if you are using it for the purpose of tracking history.

Hi Carolina, our formula varies slightly from WW but is always within a point.

The calculation for Smart points takes into account sat fat. It’s just not one of the default nutrition fields in general. If you add it, it will take it into account.

If you scroll down the list, you are able to add sat fat. Otherwise we assume 0 grams.
