Small correction, I misread the bar chart. The 2nd most common 30m period to reach daily ATR is 12:30-13:00 Pacific, not 12:00-12:30pm.

#ES_F weekly open retest stats by day of week, and distribution of the time of day. 73.7% of the time after Monday's close, the weekly open is retested during the week. 72.7% of the time the retest is on Tuesday. Most often during the first 30min of Tuesday or at the cash open.
