It is a steep climb from the parking lot to the observation deck kuwohi . Good workout also watch out since mile plus high elevation here is great Smokey mountains.
Hike from the parking lot to the top
Of the observation deck at Kuwohi great Smokey mountains 530am return 730 am cst times here in the data. Local
Sunrise was +1 hr est (745am est, 645 cst)
Barely broke a sweat. Moderate 100bpm. Everyone else was struggling.
So I used the data asked
The Coach The question.
All that walking fTennessee golf courses has Lot Benefits 😎🏌🏽♂️❤️
Answered:
For an outdoor incline hike, holding a 100 bpm heart rate puts you right at the lower end of the typical moderate zone (around 50% to 70% of max heart rate for adults in their 50s). That efficiency is a strong reflect of solid aerobic base conditioning, especially since standard populations often see their heart rate climb much higher on incline trails.
Your consistent lifestyle activity—like all those long walks, pushing the lawnmower, and walking golf courses—keeps your heart working very efficiently without needing a massive strain.

Yesterday, BlackBerry CEO John J. Giamatteo joined @jimcramer on @CNBC's Mad Money to discuss a major milestone: a $1.2B QNX royalty backlog.
From the largest design win in QNX history to growth in automotive, medical devices, industrial automation, and robotics, hear what's driving the momentum.

Good find. Here is the visual overview of QNX for all forms of Physical AI including automotive and Cybersecurity regulations.
BlackBerry $BB
The theme of QNX Tech Forum Korea 2026 was physical AI. The talks reached toward robots and industrial systems, but the concrete products and customer wins came from automotive. With Alloy Kore, co-developed with Vector, QNX is extending its role beyond the operating system. Drawing on its real-time and functional-safety expertise, it is offering to take on integration, validation and maintenance work that customers repeat across vehicle programs. Wider adoption outside the car will need developers and partners who know QNX and can build it into products. That is why QNX Everywhere and university programs got so much stage time. In automotive, QNX wants to take on more of the work. In robotics and industry, it wants a larger community to build with.

Hello @hydcitypolice are you calling Lakshmaiyya shakamuri about this? He is sending nasty messages to Bangalore . Here is all the information about all the goondaism by these folks. Feel free to reach out to me. I have a lawyer in Hyderabad as well and get you details
New strategy alert 🚨

Two critical vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, a widely used programming language that powers websites and web applications. These vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) could allow malicious cyber actors to remotely execute code in PHP core, potentially compromising sensitive data and networks.
The FBI urges organizations to take the following steps now:
➡️ If an immediate update is not feasible it is recommended that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated.
➡️ Immediately update affected PHP installations following the guidance on php.net. Inventory where PHP runs in your environment, prioritizing internet-facing systems and vendor products that bundle PHP.
➡️ Monitor web servers for suspicious activity, including PHP processes unexpectedly launching command shells or downloading files. Ensure appropriate process-monitoring capabilities are in place to help identify potential exploitation.
➡️ If you find signs of compromise, isolate affected systems, preserve your web server and PHP logs, and report it to your local FBI field office or ic3.gov. Those reports help us identify the actors involved and warn other organizations before they become victims.
For the latest information, follow PHP’s announcement on php.net, CERT-EU Security Advisory 2026-018, and CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog.

$BB — My Investor Take: BlackBerry’s QNX Could Be Becoming Its Most Valuable Growth Engine
For me, the most important part of BlackBerry’s latest announcement is not the 6.7% stock jump. It is that QNX’s royalty backlog has surpassed $1.2 billion, up more than $250 million, or 26%, from approximately $950 million at the end of fiscal 2026. That tells me demand for its embedded software is expanding, and BlackBerry is securing opportunities that could generate royalties for years.
The biggest catalyst is QNX’s first design win for Alloy Kore, its foundational automotive operating system. The deal carries more than $100 million in estimated future royalties and is QNX’s largest design win in its history. The opportunity is bigger than one contract: as automakers consolidate vehicle functions onto powerful centralized computers, QNX could supply more software within each vehicle and potentially earn more royalties per program.
Here’s the growth engine I’m watching: automaker design wins → vehicle production → software integration → royalty revenue → higher software content per vehicle → stronger cash generation. QNX is also expanding beyond automotive into robotics, industrial automation and medical devices, where reliability, safety and security are essential. These markets could give BlackBerry additional growth opportunities as intelligent systems become more widespread.
One detail I find particularly important: management says roughly two-thirds of the $1.2 billion backlog comes from legacy design wins already progressing toward production, while the remaining third comes from newer technologies and Alloy Kore. The newer opportunities may take two to three years to convert into revenue. This gives QNX a combination of an established royalty pipeline and longer-term growth potential.
But I would not treat the entire backlog as guaranteed revenue. Actual royalties depend on vehicle production volumes, customer forecasts and contracts remaining in place. I also want to see how quickly new design wins translate into revenue, margins and free cash flow. BlackBerry’s decision to retain QNX within the broader company means investors are still buying a combined business rather than a pure-play automotive software company.
My takeaway: I see QNX as a potentially underappreciated asset inside $BB. If software-defined vehicles continue gaining traction and QNX expands its role in automotive computing, the royalty model could become an increasingly important source of long-term value. The next step is proving that record backlog growth can translate into sustained financial growth.
The key question: Can QNX turn its $1.2 billion royalty backlog into accelerating revenue and cash flow—and establish BlackBerry as a broader embedded-software growth story?
BlackBerry $BB QNX is being adopted and the underlying foundational OS in products across all industries. Our posix compliant RTOS has better performance than linux, is cybersecure and deterministic providing a safe, dependable platform for evolving software defined products including robotics, industrial automation, medical instrumentation and defence....
NO WONDER THE ROYALTY BACKLOG ( $1.2B NOW) IS GROWING SO FAST....
