Awesome, I had the great privilege of watching some great product and tech execs communicate not only what the overarching multi-year strategies are but in what ways the plans need to change and be stewarded through the year in order to focus on those outcomes.

Highly satisfying to see division heads agree that something in their orgs book of work takes a back seat to someone else because the cost of delay is higher and it's better aligned with the more urgent strategy. Doesn't happen often but those leaders really got it.
