Palantir CEO Alex Karp says all smart people hide their intelligence:
"One of the ways you make it to the top is you hide how smart you are."
"Every single person who has shared how intelligent they are tells you how stupid they are."
It was a joy to connect with the @alibaba_cloud team in Hangzhou. Their hospitality was next level, and we're going to work together on making the Omarchy China version perfect. No VPN necessary, all the major Chinese apps preinstalled, dedicated ISO. It's going to be great!
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

Maybe important to repost this now that everyone is getting hacked
If you have a VPS, I recommend you to get if off the public internet and into a Tailscale network and Cloudflare Tunnel ASAP
It doesn't matter you have SSH key login, this is about exploits and vulnerabilities AI is finding
There's 2 ways into a VPS:
- via your site/app (like the PHP exploit of this week with a file upload hack)
- via your server (like hacking into SSH or some open port)
The site/app side you put on a Cloudflare Tunnel and then with the default Free Plan it has WAF security enabled by default and they jump on new security exploits fast, it means that the only way to reach your website is via the Cloudflare Tunnel, your server does not respond to port 80 or 443 anymore
The server side you put on a Tailscale network which is like your own private network that nobody can access but your own devices (like your laptop, your phone and your VPS) kinda like a VPN
Then you switch off ANY regular access to your VPS on the firewall, in my case I use Hetzner and you create a new firewall then empty it and that blocks everything (test it)
How do Tailscale and Cloudflare Tunnel get in then? They don't. They go outbound. They make a tunnel to outside which sends and receives
Now you've reduced your attack vector to Tailscale and your Cloudflare Tunnel, much safer, not perfect btw, but nothing is
When I set up a new Hetzner VPS first thing I do install Tailscale and once I'm in via Tailscale lock down the firewall to only accept web traffic on HTTPS 443 for Cloudflare IPs and SSH 22 for Tailscale IP
That way nobody can get in
I know I keep repeating this but it should be basics of setting up a new VPS
So basic IMHO it should be part of any VPS service to default install Tailscale and enable it so it's the only way to get in
Why?
A VPS server is just like your laptop or destop computer but now imagine if it's connected to the entire internet with 8 billion people that can access it and try hack it
You want to only have it accessible to you
And if you want to host a website on your VPS (like I do), you should only let Cloudflare access your VPS so it can stand in front and block any hack attempts
Never expose a VPS to the world wide web which realistically is the world WILD web

Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale.
He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt.
Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world.
At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.
I just installed Omarchy from @dhh on the 3rd. 13th Gen, 16GB, 512GB i7. It is super fast and compatible.

hermes can call you on whatsapp now... like, an actual voice call
new in the plugin catalog: hermes-whatsapp-voice
live voice calls over regular whatsapp, no business account... and it only rings your configured owner number, there's no other destination it can call
speech runs on gemini live with your gemini key

Am now using FABLE to do push requests....Ops😂😂
I won't lie, your best bet right now is to subscribe to Anthropic. The usage limits feel practically unlimited.
I've been deliberately trying to burn through my remaining weekly usage since this morning because my limit resets today.
But despite pushing it hard, I've only managed to use 3%, leaving me with 47% still unused.
And the crazy part? I have just a few hours left before my weekly limit resets again.

. @Meta, please improve the quality of your WhatsApp customer support AI.
If AI agents are going to handle customer support, they should be capable of understanding context, providing accurate information, and helping users resolve issues effectively.
Meta has showcased Muse as an advanced AI model (@alexandr_wang ), yet its inapp support agent struggles with basic contextual understanding, provides misleading information, and often relies on Help Center articles instead of offering meaningful solutions.
Customers deserve reliable, accurate, and genuinely helpful support, especially when dealing with paid services. @WhatsApp
Friendly reminder that Hermes was never built or intended to be exclusively for the "personal assistant" agent that can just read your emails and nothing else.
I fully intend and have plainly stated many times that I always built hermes to be the most powerful AI Agent.
"Normie" consumers can leverage that and we do what we can to make it an experience they can approach (the mobile app will be almost exclusively focused on consumer) - but they are not our only demographic.
I want the scientists, the cybersecurity engineers, the developers, the knowledge workers, the creatives, and everyone else to be able to have an agent that they can leverage that is maximally useful to them too.
Not just your mom. (She called btw you need to make your bed)
For me, Dot has been doing great.
I’m not using it to book flights or babysit my emails. I’m using it for actual work.
So far, I only have two major issues with it:
> SSH through Tailscale isn’t working.
> It can only spin up 6 agents at the same time.
> Cloud auto restarting (not really big issue)
Apart from that, Dot has basically become my main workflow.
The biggest reason is that it’s unlimited, at least for now. I’m guessing OpenAI is heavily subsidizing it for Pro users because the normal subscription usage limits aren’t nearly as efficient for the amount of work I’m doing.
