The Japan Times has reported that, "the US military has restricted vehicles made by the Chinese car manufacturer BYD from its sprawling Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Prefecture over security concerns about the vehicles.
The ban, which took effect Monday, currently only affects Kadena — one of the largest U.S. Air Force installations in the region.
The ban comes as the U.S. and other Western countries have been tightening their security messaging following concerns about the smart technology used by Chinese-owned car brands such as BYD, MG and Jaecoo."

You are told that solar and wind are cheap
But you need near-100% backup when no sun or wind, paying for two systems
Data for 2025 shows that
cramming in more solar and wind makes electricity overall more and more costly

UNDERCOVER: GAVIN NEWSOM SAYS THE DSA IS "GOING TO BE DOMINANT" AND "MAINSTREAM" IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
"The DSA, the energy and the desire and demand for bold change, not incremental change, is very much going to be dominant. I mean, that's going to be a mainstream Democratic movement. Absolutely. No question about that."
That's California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a likely 2028 presidential candidate, speaking to an undercover journalist while campaigning in New Hampshire.
Asked by a "younger voter" who said "we don't want Kamala Harris, we want more democratic socialist policies":
"No one is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently."
"You can't play in the margins anymore. The system's broken. It's completely unbalanced, and we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."

In response to the Iranian govt's offer to Azerbaijani girls to fund their education in Iran, if they want to go in hijab cover to school, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Education reminded Tehran that Iran does not allow its ethnic minorities, including "40 million" ethnic Azerbaijanis, to study in their mother tongue. Baku suggested to Tehran to stick with its solving its own problems in Iran and not interfering in the affairs of its neighbors.
