Major Recognition for AIPC’s Together For Tech Lives (TFTL) Campaign at the World AI Summit! It is with immense pleasure we share this news that the All India Professionals' Congress (AIPC) has been recognized by the industry at the World AI Summit at Bengaluru for our work on the Together For Tech Lives (TFTL) campaign, led by the AIPC IT / ITES Domain. We are honored to receive 2 prestigious awards: 1. Outstanding Contribution to Workforce Dignity and Justice 2. AI Policy Visionary Award About the Journey: The TFTL campaign, which started in 2025, focused on addressing the critical issue of layoffs in the IT sector. Through Listening Circles, webinars, and online surveys, we aimed to understand and highlight the real-world impacts of job losses on IT professionals and their families. Currently the team is working with Industry Bodies and Policy Makers to address topics such as the taxation of severance pay, labor rights awareness training, a bridge insurance program, and a charter for dignity in exit in collaboration with Industry Bodies, Trade Unions, Employees, Employers, Policy Makers and Other Key Stakeholders.
