@havellsindia Pathetic customer service. My complaint is still not resolved. Every time a new customer executive speaks and makes tall promises. But no followup. Every time a new service engineer turns up and diagnose a new problem and promises to fix it next day. Doesn't .
@havellsindia My complaint has been pending since ages. To mimic a professional company you've created a customer care department but it's of no use.
Your service engineer initially came to check, charged his fees but has not been able to repair my heater.
Very poor service.
