If Southwest Airlines had assembled a focus group and asked them "what's the stupidest thing that we could do to ruin our company," this is what they would have come up with.
No desire to use this hellsite, but I have to so I can call out @SouthwestAir for their anti-consumer decision to end free checked bags for most ticket options. This + the upcoming use of assigned seating and charging for "extra leg room" loses me as a once loyal customer.
