And same @All @Accor saga of inconsistent experience continues Rooms available but denied upgrade It’s okay to not provide upgrade but lying to guests that rooms are not available is not ethical With so much inconsistent experience across multiple properties over 20 days, Spending lakhs of rupees to get Accor Explorer, China and All Signature and then spending on luxury stays that costs $300 to $700 a night Early checkin and late checkout is not worth holding the status, most hotels already provide it if availability is there I don’t think platinum status is really worth it
