What an amazing experience, 12,000 runners at the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon, even saw him and Kev! Tough & hot conditions and hilly course plus cramp from mile 14 to the finish mean I’m over the moon with my first sub 4 and a 6 minute PB 😊🏃‍♂️ @runcompod aaarooogah!!

Pacing 24 minutes at Sewerby parkrun. My 247th parkrun and 212th at Sewerby. What a lovely morning too! 😊🏃‍♂️ @RunComPod @parkrunUK #parkrunpacer

Reflecting on a fabulous weekend around the running community. Pacing 28’ Sewerby parkrun before York for the annual Running Commentary get together. Sunday, pacing 4.30 at the Yorkshire Marathon. One thing that this reminded me is that marathons are bloody hard😊🏃‍♂️💪 @RunComPod

An absolutely amazing day pacing 4.30’at the Yorkshire Marathon for the Northern Pacing Volunteers. Ran with a fantastic bunch of people and got it pretty much spot on. Another fab Yorkshire Marathon Festival weekend 😊🏃‍♂️💪 @RunComPod @northernpacing1 @PaulTonkinson @DeeringRob
