Signs of Progress

Last, but not least up in our annual Summer Birthday-o-Rama lineup (we can't help that most of us are Cancers, okay? ♋) is our wonderful drummer, Jarred. Everyone wish our dude behind the kit a happy birthday! 🎂

Happy birthday to our tiny, yet mighty frontwoman Sage! 🌿 (Don't ask us what she's doing in this photo, we don't know either)

Happy birthday to our sneakerhead, K-pop-loving bassist, Trent! 🫰🏻 As far as any updates from us, we're still here (somehow). Each of us have been dealing with our own personal things, but it's the support from y'all that keeps us going at the end of the day. Love you, Signals! – at Mineola, NY

Today marks 3 years since we released Everything Alters Us! Time really flies, especially since we've all been focused on just keeping up with life for a while. We're not dead by any means, we're in the middle of writing our next release and it's gonna knock your socks off! ↗️❎

WOW, LOOK WE'RE STILL HERE (just barely) ↗️❌ A couple of updates for you good people: numero uno is that it is once again SoP #BURGERDAY 🍔🎂 Everyone please wish Justin a happy birthday! (and try not to stare too long at his moles)

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our show in Gainesville last night, y'all kept the good energy flowing. 🧡 Until next time! (📷: Edith Eleanor Lovejoy) – at Gainesville, FL
