2K Games (Take Two) announced today that it has acquired elite3d, a Spanish creative studio dedicated to 2D and 3D artwork + Turia Games, a development studio from the same owners. It will form a second office for 31st Union which is working on a new IP. ir.take2games.com/node/28236…
